The President of the Official Kido Hae in Korea

There have been some major changes in Hapkido in Korea since December 2007. The new President of the Korean Kido Hae is Park, Kae Hong. If you received Korean Kido Association Rank signed by anyone other than Park, Kae Hong you need to get it corrected. The other Korean Kido Association ranks issued by InSun Seo are no longer recognized because he got caught issuing ranks to people by mail order who never tested and don’t qualify for the level that they received.
